Hey Lite listeners!
I have now been doing Crossfit since late Oct. I have missed a few workouts due to schedules, flu and other distractions but I still feel better then I did before. Clint and I decided that my goals are less about cardio and more about strength training and building muscle so I have had many a sore day(s). Here is a sample work out from my training:
Warm up = 500 meter row, 20 push ups x 3, 20 front squats x 3 and 50 jump rope
Workout = 10 Front squats (85lbs), 10 Bench Press (85lbs), 20 sit ups, 1 minute core developing exersice (all x 4)
